Account & Data Deletion
Request Account & Data Deletion
Last updated: September 10, 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data from the CleanOps 10 field team app, and what happens to your information when you do. It applies to the CleanOps 10 app used by our cleaning, inspection, and maintenance staff — not to general Website visitors, who submit no account data to us. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture of what we collect.
1. How accounts work in the App
CleanOps 10 accounts are not self-registered. Every account is created and owned by CleanOps 10 for a member of our own field team, and access is granted or removed by a CleanOps 10 administrator. Because of this, the fastest way to have an account deactivated is through your employer/administrator directly.
2. How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your account and data in either way:
- Ask your administrator. Any CleanOps 10 administrator can deactivate your account and request deletion of your personal data on your behalf.
- Email us directly. Send a request to info@cleanops10.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request,” including your full name and the company/property account you work under, so we can verify the request.
We process deletion requests within 30 days of verifying the requester's identity.
3. What gets deleted
- Your login credentials and profile information (name, email, role).
- Location metadata attached to your account that is not required as part of a retained job, incident, or maintenance record (see below).
- Your ability to sign in to the App — access is revoked immediately once the account is deactivated.
4. What may be retained, and why
Job records, proof-of-work photos, invoices, incident reports, and maintenance tickets are business and financial records of CleanOps 10 and of the property accounts they relate to — not personal records of the individual who created them. We may retain these after your account is deleted, in de-identified or attributed form, to:
- Maintain accurate payroll, billing, and tax records.
- Preserve evidence for incident or damage disputes involving a property owner.
- Comply with legal, accounting, or audit obligations.
If you would like specific records reviewed as part of your deletion request, mention this in your email and we will let you know what can and cannot be removed.
